Inside the finca you will find 5 comfortably furnished bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning for restful nights. There are 3 fully equipped bathrooms for the well-being of guests. The spacious living room offers a fan on request to provide a pleasant breeze even on hot days. With a living area of approx. 235 square metres, the finca offers enough space for shared moments and retreats for every guest. There are 3 fireplaces available for the cooler seasons.
The outdoor area of the finca leaves nothing to be desired. A large pool with terrace is the centrepiece and invites you to relax and refresh. Thanks to the fixed sunshade at the back of the terrace, guests can enjoy the Mallorcan sunshine without a care in the world. The approximately 13-hectare plot also includes a landscaped garden (approx. 2500 square metres) with garden furniture and barbecue, ideal for sociable dinners in the open air.
