The natural stone holiday home "Gallicant" is located in the south of Mallorca, between the villages of Campos and Santanyí. It is surrounded by a very large plot of land (20 ha) and 1 km from the road, which promises peace and quiet. The beautiful sandy beach of Es Trenc and the beautiful beaches of the Cala Mondragó nature park can be reached by car in just 15 minutes. The capital Palma is only 30 minutes away. Santanyi, with its charming weekly market (Saturdays), is just 10 minutes away and Cala D'Or, the well-known tourist resort, can be reached in 15 minutes.
The farmhouse "Gallicant" is an enchanting country house in the centre of the Mallorcan "Fora Vila". The terrace with pergola leads into the large living/dining room. Here there is a double sofa bed, satellite TV and DVD player are also available. The American-style kitchen, fully equipped, leads to the barbecue area. The house has three bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. A separate, complete bathroom is also available.
Olive trees, pine trees and Mediterranean garriga bushes fill the plot. A large terrace with barbecue, as well as the pool, surrounded by large green areas, are ideal for relaxing. Of course, there are also sun loungers.
The house can be heated with central heating on request, for a daily heating fee. Please enquire if you are interested.
