Modern country house lined in stone with a wonderful private swimming pool, very close to the town of Alcudia in the north of the island, with beautiful panoramic views to the countryside and the mountains and only a few kilometres away from its beautiful beaches. Built on 2 floors, with excellent finishings and well cared for interiors. The house is fully air-conditioned for winter and summer and is suitable for small children. It has 4 bedrooms (3 double and 1 twin), 4 complete bathrooms (all of them en suite and one with hydromassage bathtub). The kitchen is fully equipped and independent from the living-dining room with access to the porch and the swimming pool. It has several terraces and a furnished porch, as well as a wonderful solarium area with wooden decking around the swimming pool and terrace furniture and sun loungers. Situated in a quiet area but close to the village and all amenities, it is the ideal property to enjoy a great holiday with total privacy and all the comforts.
