The beautiful beaches of the southwest of Majorca are in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home and can be easily reached on foot. The golf courses of Poniente and Santa Ponsa can be reached within five minutes. There are also restaurants and bars nearby (approx. 200 m). In approx. 300 m there are shops for daily needs. Its warm climate, even during the winter months (15°C on average), and 300 days of sunshine per year attract numerous active tourists and sports enthusiasts to Mallorca every year. But it is also the ideal place for peace and relaxation or for those interested in culture. In the town of Calvià, the oldest town in the municipality, a traditional weekly market with more than 60 stalls takes place every Monday in the main street. There are food stalls as well as clothes and handicraft stalls. Palma de Mallorca, the capital, is a vibrant mix of art, culture, history and entertainment. Here you will find cafes, museums, shopping and cultural centres and an impressive old town.
