This wonderful house with large surrounding gardens and beautiful mountain views is located in the centre of the peaceful urbanisation of Cala San Vicente. The cosy interior is beautifully decorated, and perfectly conveys the love and attention that has been given to it by its owners. The entrance welcomes us into a spacious and bright dining room. On a slightly lower level is a lounge with two comfortable sofas and delightful views of the covered terrace. The rustic style kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob and all the other necessary appliances for this type of holiday home. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, all of them equipped with air conditioning. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. Although the interior of the property is truly remarkable (the top quality wooden parquet flooring deserves a special mention), the main attraction of this property is its spectacular garden, as well as its fantastic swimming pool of colossal dimensions (12 x 7 mts.) and crowned with a small waterfall in one of its corners. In the garden there is also a generously sized barbecue, with which you can put your culinary skills to the test and savour the result in the idyllic surroundings that this property offers. In short, Villa Formosa is ideal to enjoy with the family, as the youngest members of the family have a large garden area with lawn where they can spend endless summer afternoons playing outdoors.
