Also features spacious and cozy chillout area in top floor. WiFi is available. The exterior has spacious terraces with different environments and fenced pool. It is surrounded by nature and it retains the Mallorcan memory, the charm and essence of the Mediterranean. It is located just 10 min away from the beach and very short car distance to the capital Palma.The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old.CAN BORRASSOS.
