- Beautiful typical Mallorcan house at the hill of the Serra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Place by Unesco.It's a wide and clear construction, equipped for 8 people, which is distributed in 350 m2 in 2 heights and is composed of 4 double bedrooms distributed as follows:Upper floorBedroom 1: Double bed 180x190 + cot with private terraceBedroom 2: Double Bed 180x190 + cribFisrt FloorBedroom 4: 2 Single Bed 90x190Bedroom 3: 2 Single Bed 90x190 The dining room is decorated in Majorcan style and has a sofa and table and chairs for 12 people.For your entertainment it has Satellite TV, DVD player, WIFI and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and an auxiliary kitchen table. In addition, this property has 2 bathrooms with bathtub and one with shower, and outside also has a toilet and pool shower.Outside we find large garden areas and 10x8 pool, delimited in 2 areas, one ideal for small children and also a pool area. It also has a terrace, porch and barbecue area with terrace furniture.In the vicinity you can find a supermarket about 250 meters away.
