The rural house is situated in a rural environment only 1,5 kilometres away from Porto Cristo in the east of the island of Mallorca.
The ideal place to enjoy the sea and the landscape.
The single-family house has a living area of 200m², distributed over two floors, and can accommodate up to ten people.
The floor is accessed via an external staircase and is therefore ideal for two families, as they can stay together but each family has its own flat.
On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and satellite TV, a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms.
There is also a kitchen with cooker, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave, NO dishwasher.
On the floor there is a living-dining room with fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms.
There is a third bathroom outside with shower.
Two cots can be provided.
A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are also provided.
Bedroom 1: Ground floor, 2 x 0.90 m single beds (2 m wide) with en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Ground floor, double bed 1.35 m (1.35 m wide).
Bedroom 3: Ground floor, 1.50m double bed.
Bedroom 4: Ground floor, two single beds 0.90m.
Two children's beds are available on request.
Bathroom 1: Ground floor in bedroom 1, with bath.

Bathroom 3: Ground floor outside the house, with shower.
On the upper floor, the terrace offers breathtaking views.
The large terrace on the ground floor with pool offers plenty of space for sunbathing and for children to play.
The pool area and the entire property, which is surrounded by trees, are also fenced.
Parking spaces are available.
There are some cats living outside on this farm and they often make friends with the children who visit them.
There is also a chicken coop at the back of the house, which can sometimes cause some excitement.
The beaches of Cala Morlanda and Cala Petita, awarded the Blue Flag for their white sand and crystal clear waters, are only 800 metres away. You can quickly reach the beaches, where you will find sun loungers.
The beach is supervised by lifeguards. Several restaurants and numerous recreational facilities (golf, tennis, horse riding, diving, surfing and boat rental) are also within walking distance.
