Parties are not allowed.Beautiful spacious vacation home for families with a big swimming pool, garden and very large social spaces.This holiday home is perfect to enjoy with the family, it has a games room with a pool table, table football and darts board, a table tennis on the terrace and has different very cozy rooms. The house has 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living room with a beautiful functional kitchen leading to a spacious outside terrace with the garden and pool.The bedrooms have ceiling fans. The living room also have ceiling fans.It is located in a beautiful urbanization just five minutes away from the supermarket and very close to the urban center of Marratxi, full of services and with a train station. Without a doubt, it is the perfect house for a fun and family stay :) ETV CA NA MALENOfficial check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM.
