The spacious villa is 180 m² and has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (one 1.80 m x 2.00 m and the other 1.35 m x 2.00 m) and one bedroom with two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m), each with its own access to one of the four bathrooms. In winter you can heat the house using your own fireplace in the living room. The wood for this purpose is provided by the owner. There is also heating. The living room also has satellite TV, DVD player and stereo. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, coffee maker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a dining table with eight seats. In addition, the house is equipped with an alarm system and Wi-Fi. You can even use the internet from your garden.
The village of Pollensa is about four kilometres away and the town of Alcúdia is eight kilometres away. In Pollensa you will find various shops and restaurants. The sea is about six kilometres from the holiday home.
The property of the holiday home is completely fenced and has a large terrace overlooking the pool and the charcoal grill. The swimming pool and parking spaces in front of the house are for private use. There is also a children's playground on the premises.
