- Beautiful holiday home in Son Serra de Marina, ideal for family and children.This modern villa has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. You can enjoy the magnificent outdoor pool, BBQ, garden and terrace.If you are looking for an individual holiday in a quiet and cozy this is your home, where only 600 m away you can enjoy the lovely Mediterranean climate and beaches that offers Mallorca. The house has a capacity to accommodate up to 6 people. WiFi available.DOMUS GENTI VT/1830Official check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night. 'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'. The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children). Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.
