Finca Can Higuera, newly built in Mallorcan style, is located near Campos, in a quiet area with lots of nature and forest. Suitable for six people and with more than 200 square metres of living space, Finca Can Higuera was built in typical Mallorcan style. Stones from the Santanyi area were used to clad the exterior walls and the interior is adorned with wooden beams, which give the house its typical Mallorcan charm. 8.5 m x 4.5 m pool in the garden with a huge sun terrace, which can be reached from the covered house terrace. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and a large living room with fireplace and dining area. In the living room there is a cosy seating area grouped around the open fireplace. Both the living room and the kitchen have access to the covered terrace through large glass doors. There is an additional dining area for 8 people and the beaches in the south of Mallorca are just a 10-minute drive away. The bays on the east coast are about a 15-minute drive away.
